Refund policy

At Cell Solutions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and our repair services. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Online purchases of accessories and other goods

If you purchase goods from our website, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to any legal exceptions. After notifying us of your cancellation, you should return the goods within a further 14 days.

Returned items should be unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are normally responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights in relation to faulty goods are protected by UK consumer law and are not limited by this policy.

Repair services

Repair work is carried out based on the fault reported and the condition of the device at the time it is received. If you believe there is an issue with a repair carried out by Cell Solutions, please contact us promptly so that we can inspect the device and, where appropriate, rectify the repair.

If a customer requests that repair work begins during any applicable cancellation period, cancellation rights may be affected once work has started or been completed, in accordance with UK consumer law. 

Non-returnable items

Certain goods may not be eligible for return where the law permits, including personalised or specially ordered items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
