UK Delivery

Cell Solutions currently provides delivery for eligible products within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Orders placed outside normal business hours, at weekends or on bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Any delivery estimate provided at checkout is an estimate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is made.

From time to time, free delivery or promotional delivery rates may be offered on selected products or orders.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Cell Solutions so that we can investigate the delivery.

Where applicable, your statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the issue. We may ask for photographs of the item and packaging to help us investigate.

Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is offered, collection details and the relevant Cell Solutions branch will be confirmed when the order is ready.

Please do not travel to collect an order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.

International Delivery

International delivery is not currently offered unless specifically stated at checkout or agreed separately with Cell Solutions.
